Hey guys, last week I bought a Fit 2 for both me and my gf. I'm an Android user (Pixel 3a) and am having no problems thus far. It's better than my old MiBand4 overall.

But with her iPhone 8 Plus we got into some issues:

• First right after I set it up, found out there's no option to Quick Reply from her band to the iPhone which is a bummer;

• The Samsung Health app is outdated (it recently received a overhaul on Android and I found nothing about when it will come to iOS);

• Samsung Health on iOS won't sync with Strava, and it doesn't show up to sync on MyFitnessPal, but it does on Android;

• Every time she walks away without her phone she have to pair it again manually right after, or it will stay disconnected. The band didn't track her last nights sleep because she forgot to pair it. On the other hand I went to a walk without my phone and it connected and sync automatically right when I got into bluetooth range, my Android didn't lose connection any time for the whole week;

• Her band is using more battery. Got to 2% in 7 days, while mine got to 12% on the same time frame with more usage (same settings)

Is it the expected experience using the Galaxy Fit2 with an iPhone or something is very wrong somewhere?

Compatible devices are

1.iPhone 5 or later running iOS 9.0 or a higher version.

2. In case of iPhone 6S, 6S+ upgraded to iOS 10.x version, the connection between your device and Gear may be unstable due to a firmware issue of iPhone 6S, 6S+ and it may be disconnected quite often in some situations.

Connection

To connect your Gear and iOS devices,

-  your device must download Samsung Gear app from Apple App Store.

In case of unstable connection, we recommend you to

1. disconnect all the devices paired to your Gear device

2. turn off the Bluetooth feature

3. restart the Gear

We strongly recommend you to update your Gear to the latest software version before connection.
